It takes a lot to prepare a traditional thanksgiving dinner. Instead of spending hours away from family and friends, why not let us do the preparing for you? Join us at our Siletz Bay Buffet, Rogue River Steakhouse or Chinook’s Seafood Grill on Thanksgiving Day to sit back, relax and enjoy a wonderful meal by the sea.

Our Rogue River Steakhouse has a special for $25 that includes: roasted butternut squash bisque with honey crema and toasted pumpkin seeds. Bacon tomato and romaine Caesar salad with house croutons. An entry of smoked white and dark turkey topped with peppered bacon gravy, basil and parmesan whipped potatoes, chorizo and apple stuffing and sautéed garlic green beans. For dessert? Silky pumpkin grand marnier mousse with honey, graham and pistachio.

The Chinook’s Seafood Grill will have a $27 special from 2pm to 9pm. To start is a roasted butternut squash bisque with crème fraiche. Next up the entrée course consists of oven roasted turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, stuffing and cranberry sauce. Top off your meal with a slice of traditional pumpkin pie with vanilla whipped cream!

Enjoy a traditional thanksgiving harvest at our Siletz Bay Buffet for $21.95. from the carving station you’ll find roast prime rib of beef and Virginia ham. Entrees include oven roasted turkey, sage stuffing, mashed potatoes and turkey gravy and a huge assortment of sides including candied yams with marshmallows and maple syrup kissed acorn squash. At our sauté station try our traditional fry bread and your choice of pasta’s cooked to order. Don’t forget to check out our desserts table including assorted holiday pies (pumpkin included), tarts and sugar free options.

Continue to get into the Holiday Spirit the first weekend of December as Lonestar and Phil Vassar join forces to perform holiday favorites and hit songs.  Tickets are on sale now! the performers will unite for their original song “Not So Silent Night” an original song which was released last year. Come make seasons bright at the Chinook Winds Showroom on December 6^th and 7^th.
