It all starts with a Wedge salad:  Lettuce with bacon bits, chives, cherry tomatoes, red onions and Blue Cheese Dressing.  Next comes the main dish: Grilled pork tenderloin served with garlic roasted red potatoes, braised kale and an apple mustarda.  Finish with a Mississippi Mud Pie with Bourbon Dulce de Leche.
