• No lifeguard on duty.
• Swim at your own risk
• NO DIVING.  Maximum pool depth is 7′.
• Non swimmers and children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older
• Glass containers are prohibited in the pool house
• Persons under the influence of drugs or alcohol shall not use the pool
• No running or horseplay inside the pool house.
• No food or drink of any kind in the water.
• Pets are not allowed in the pool house.

• Elderly persons and those suffering from heart disease, diabetes, or high blood pressure should consult their physician before using the spa pool.
• No person suffering from a communicable disease transmissible via water shall use the pool
• Persons using prescription medications should consult with their physician before using the spa pool.
• Individuals under the influence of alcohol should not use the spa pool.
• No person should use the spa pool alone.
• Pregnant women should not use the spa pool without consulting their physician
• Persons should spend no more than 15 minutes in the spa at one session.
• Anyone under 14.years of age shall be accompanied by a responsible adult observer
• Only proper swimming/bathing attire must be worn in the spa pool.  (No cutoffs or diapers, etc.)
• No person shall run or engage in horseplay in or around the spa pool.
