The Surf City Soundoff is back!
Pre-Registration Now Open! Day-of Registration will be available until 10am on Aug 22 & 23.
That’s right! It’s time again for our tribute to and celebration of the loudest and best sounding vehicles the West has to offer. Car audio is better at the beach and on August 22 & 23 we will have some exciting, friendly competitions to see whose rides sound the best in the West.
Saturday, August 22: Sound Quality – SQC & IQC only
Sound Quality Check-in and Judging: 9am – complete
Sunday, August 23: All SPL formats
SPL Judging (all formats): 8am – complete

How much does it cost? How can I register?
Registration is open to anyone that wants to show off their stereo! You may register at the registration tent the day of the event. Pay a $20 registration fee and you’ll receive:
- Entry into one competition format
- Surf City SoundOff 2026 T-Shirt
- Lanyard
- Surf City SoundOff Dash Plaque
- Voucher for 5 $andDollars
We do allow same day registration.
Is there a Hotel rate for Participants?
There is a discount available for those who pre-register. The discount code will be included in your confirmation email. You can locate the online pre-registration form above.
