Headliner Huck Flyn performed on Knots Landing in 1987 and shortly after, while visiting a comedy club in the Bay area, he ran into a couple old friends, Marty Cohen, and Bruce Baum, and together with people like Vic Dunlop, the unknown comic, Bill Engvall, Henry Cho and others, he got to do guest sets at clubs around the area...he became a regular on the comedy circuit and the crowds immediately took to him. He quickly started working all over the state and then the country. He started at places like the Punch Line, The Comedy Underground, the Riviera Hotel in Vegas and various clubs and colleges all across the USA.
Feature performer Dax Jordan is a renowned stand-up comedian, writer and actor transplanted back to Los Angeles from Portland, Oregon after getting a rainy education. In addition to a handful of minor film and TV appearances, Dax has been a touring comic for over 13 years. His comedy stems from his brilliant wit and impeccable timing, often called upon to write for others as well, most recently for the 2014 International Press Academy Awards show. His routine spans from hilarious life observations to the wacky and clever shenanigans he is known for.
Veronica Heath was born in San Francisco, CA and entered the Portland, OR comedy scene in 2006, with a strong presence. It didn't take long before she was spreading her neurosis and joy all over the West Coast and opening for some of the top comedians around. Veronica has had roles in 3 seasons of the IFC Sketch show, 'Portlandia'. In 2007, she finished as a finalist in the Stephen Colbert Portland Amateur Comedy Competition, and is a six time alum of the Bridgetown Comedy Festival. When she's not busy getting divorced or fighting rheumatic diseases, you can find her performing at comedy clubs, theaters, casinos, and festivals all over the West Coast and beyond. Additionally, she and one of her writing partners are working on a screenplay for a hopeful Lifetime movie.
