Frequently Asked Questions

August 31, 2021

Team,

Today the Siletz Tribal Council approved our Vaccination and Testing policy. Please familiarize yourself with this document. A read and sign will be distributed to departments later this week.

To stay in compliance with this document, fully vaccinated team members need to submit a copy of their vaccine documentation to covidvaccine2021@cwcresort.com by September 2nd. Unvaccinated team members, partially vaccinated team members, and those who have not submitted their vaccine documentation will need to provide a negative test result from an approved testing facility by September 9th. Those results can be emailed to covidresults@cwcresort.com. In both cases, documentation can be dropped off at the HR office between the hours of 8:30am to 4pm, Monday thru Friday.

With these new standards in place we are moving forward with our plans to reopen Thursday morning.

Please see your department leadership for any questions or concerns.
