5 PM – Close

It all starts with a full pound of marinated flank steak, char-broiled to your specifications.  Then, we slice your steak against the grain, and top it with roasted sweet heirloom tomatoes and shaved Parmesan cheese and herbs.  Alongside, we slide a fully-loaded baked potato, roasted summer squash, warm ciabatta bread and a dinner salad.
