First Course

Sauerbraten Meatballs – Ground chuck and traditional German seasonings, quickly seared, then slow cooked in a rich, but tangy brown gravy and served over tender egg noodles.

Main Course

Bavarian Sampler Platter –

  • German-style short rib – Slow-cooked with red wine.
  • Smoked leg of Duck – House-smoked fall flavor.
  • Kielbasa- Classic pork and beef sausage expertly grilled.
  • Potato Pancake and Red Cabbage, the perfect accompaniment.

Dessert Course

Prinzregententorte – Genueser cake with chocolate butter cream and a dark chocolate glasur.
