Entrée:

Pan-seared pinwheel of prime beef stuffed with artisan blue cheese and caramelized sweet onions, and finished in Jack Daniel’s whiskey sauce, presented alongside bacon-laced Yukon gold whipped potatoes and lightly charred spring asparagus

Dessert:

Tiramisu Mousse Trifle – creamy layers of cookie, coffee, cocoa and custard serve as the culinary crescendo to this fatherly feast!
