Award-winning actor and comedian Ernie Tsosie, of movies such as Thief Of Time, Turquoise Rose, Mile Post 398, James & Ernie Comedy and more, has been a professional Native American performer and presenter since 1996, when he appeared in his first professional acting job for the Actors Theater of Phoenix in a world premiere play titled Katsina. Since then, Ernie has gone on to work as a professional performer in films, television, theater, radio, and stand-up comedy. Ernie is co-founder and owner of the popular and award-winning “James & Ernie Comedy” duo as well as the super duper Native American comedy showcase 49 Laughs Comedy. He is also an original member of Native Comedy All Stars (an all Native American stand-up comedy showcase featuring 49 Laughs Comedy) and the Showtime featured Pow Wow Comedy Jam. Ernie is proud to be a sober and drug free Native American entertainer and motivational speaker. His weapons against alcoholism, addiction, depression and suicide are his powerful personal story of beating the odds himself against alcoholism and addiction. Ernie performs and presents comedy with a positive message and his comedy serves as the vehicle to pass along this most important of messages. Humor and laughter are amazing tools and definitely medicine for the soul and Ernie uses them to gain the trust, confidence, and the attention of his audience, making Ernie an awesome addition to your evening.
Since his first open mic in 1999, Marc Yaffee has turned his love of stand up into a thriving career. Stand-up comedy has led Marc to perform in diverse locales far and wide around the globe. His past performance venues include a tool shed in Iraq, atop a large rock in the Sierra Nevada Mountains for a Tribal celebration, and on board an Alaska Airlines flight to Fairbanks. Marc’s 20 year comedic career has taken him across four continents, 11 countries and 43 states. Marc was the founder and co-star of the Pow Wow Comedy Jam. In 2010, Pow Wow Comedy Jam was named NIGA Entertainers of the Year. Additionally, it was also featured that year on the Showtime special Goin’ Native. This was a ground-breaking achievement, as it was the first-ever cable special showcasing an all Native American lineup. Marc Yaffee’s TV appearances also include; PBS, The Latino Laugh Festival, Comics Unleashed with Byron Allen and FNX Network’s, First Nations Comedy Experience. His comedy special, Marc My Words, is a mainstay on the streaming site Nativeflix.com. Recently, his new Dry Bar Comedy Special, Mid-Laugh Crisis showcased his “funny, not filthy” comedy style that has earned him a growing appeal among stand-up fans. Additionally, the special recently went viral and has garnered much attention as well. Marc Yaffee has performed six times overseas for Armed Forces Entertainment. This includes the Pacific, Europe, the Far East and Middle East. Marc’s wide experience has made him a hit with audiences of all types. Marc skewers sacred cows, dissects societal stupidities, and confronts our common frustrations, all with humanity and humor.
Casey McLain is a stand-up comedian from Tacoma, Washington. He has a family which he exploits for comedy as much as they will let him. Casey has competed in the Seattle International Comedy Competition and has had his stand up comedy featured on Comedyjuice‘s Facebook and YouTube pages. Casey has also been rejected by the most prestigious comedy festivals in North America. He has performed all over the country, working with comedians the likes of Pauly Shore, Preacher Lawson, Ron Funches, Heather McDonald, Joe List, Robert Kelly, and many more.
