Position Summary

Responsible for the planning, installation, support, maintenance, repair and compliance of company-wide Surveillance systems, networks and all related equipment.

Minimum Age: 21

  • Protects the confidentiality of Surveillance operations and data
  • Ensure network security and systems compliance with applicable ethics, statutory and regulatory standards
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain computers and surveillance equipment in a networked environment
  • Accurately complete and distribute required schematics, reports, logs and requisitions
  • Perform CCTV, computer and network troubleshooting to isolate, diagnose and repair problems
  • Design and implement systems in a variety of environments
  • Upgrade hardware and software components as required
  • Monitor and maintain systems resources and performance
  • Provide users with video, computer, network and application technical support
  • Develop technical training material, train and evaluate trainees
  • Respond to the needs and questions of users concerning their access of resources
  • Maintain equipment in optimal operating condition
  • Planning and execution of preventative maintenance program
  • Maintain parts and equipment inventory
  • Complete other tasks and duties as assigned by STGC Executive Director and/or Surveillance Manager

Position Qualifications (cont.)


High school diploma or GED

Associates degree or accredited certification in electronics/circuitry. Information Technologies or related emphasis; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.



Two years experience in IT, CCTV, systems integration or related field.

Casino experience is preferred.


Computer Skills

Microsoft Office intermediate level in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Knowledge of IndigoVision or other fully digital VMS is preferred.


Certificates & Licenses

Ability to present or obtain valid driver’s license

Ability to obtain a Siletz Tribal Gaming License

Ability to obtain certification(s) required for operation of machinery


Other Requirements

Must be available to work any shift on a rotating schedule

Serve “on-call” for technical support 24×7 two weeks each month

Opportunities for employment in other departments may be restricted for up to one year

Ability to travel and/or work without direct supervision
