Position Summary

Responsible for scanning historical audit records and support documents in-house using diverse scanning equipment, and performing quality assurance auditing within established archiving guidelines.

Essential Functions

  • Prepares documents for scanning (e.g. removing paperclips, verifying ability of each document to be scanned) ensures that all paper-based records are accurately prepared prior to scanning; Reassembles documents after scanning is complete.
  • Utilizes image scanning equipment to scan, create high-quality images and index various types of documents using a computerized catalog system.
  • Performs quality control of digital images to ensure proper naming conventions are used, addendum pages are properly recognized and missing images are identified and documented.
  • Is able to understand and perform daily revenue audits.
  • All other duties as assigned including lending support to the Revenue Audit, Accounting and Finance subject matter areas.

High school diploma or GED


Entry level position – minimal experience required.                                                                 

Computer Skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows folder and file structures in particular and knowledge of Excel spreadsheet manipulation and basic database skills

Certificates & Licenses

Must obtain and maintain a Siletz Tribal Gaming License
