High School Diploma or GED required
AA or BA in Hospitality preferred
Two years experience in hotel, resort or casino required
One year group sales or banquet experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required
Six months experience as convention services coordinator preferred
Microsoft Office intermediate level to include Word, Excel and Outlook required
Delphi, Caterease or other sales/catering software skills preferred
Certificates & Licenses
Must obtain a Siletz Tribal Gaming License
Oregon Driver’s License
Must obtain an OLCC Certification within 30 days
Must obtain an Oregon Food Handler’s Card within 30 days
Excellent organizational, analytical and negotiation skills.
Must have reliable means of transportation, be willing to travel, work evenings, weekends, and holidays to accomplish job responsibilities. Overnight travel may be required.
Must have a professional image with the ability to exercise initiative, judgment and tact when representing Chinook Winds Casino Resort.
