Winners Circle Rules
- Members must be 21 years of age or older.
- Membership is not transferable.
- Upon request, you must present proper identification with your membership when redeeming points. Proper identification is defined as a valid photo identification bearing the same name the membership card holder.
- Chinook Winds Winners Circle rules are subject to change. All Chinook Winds Winners Circle rules are posted.
- Management of Chinook Winds Casino Resort reserves the right to revise to cancel the club at anytime.
- Membership may be revoked or cance management’s discretion and membership card must be returned at time of cancellation.
- Lost or stolen membership cards must be reported to Chinook Winds Winners Circle immediately. Chinook Winds Winners Circle is not responsible for the misuse of lost or stolen cards.
- Accounts with no player activity for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive, player and points will be purged from the Winners Circle.
It is the player's responsibility to properly insert the card into the card reader on the machine, verify its acceptance and determine that it is accruing points correctly. The card must remain in the reader for the duration of play on that machine. - No joint accounts (club memberships) may be established.
- It is against Winners Circle policy for members to accrue points by distributing his/her card to other players.
- Management reserves the right to adjust point balance resulting from machine/reader malfunction, operating errors and/or fraud.
