Main Course
Roast beef tenderloin, stuffed with roast turkey served alongside Yukon gold mashed potatoes and traditional turkey pan-gravy, crisp green beans sautéed with sweet onions and pancetta, and sugar-roasted yams finished in an orange juice reduction.

Aromatically-spiced pumpkin torte crowned with fresh chantilly cream.
