How to play ROULETTE

Welcome to the exciting game of Roulette at Chinook Winds Casino Resort. If you’re unfamiliar, please study this guide to better acquaint yourself with this dynamic table game! Each player purchases their own color of chips at the Roulette table. Unlike other casino chips, the value of Roulette chips are decided upon by the player at the time of purchase and should only be purchased in stacks of twenty. The object is to place a wager on the numbered red, green or black compartments of the revolving Roulette wheel where the player thinks the ball (spun in the opposite direction by the dealer) will come to rest. The bets are placed on the Roulette table to correspond with the compartments on the wheel.

Placing your bet

Bets can be placed on individual numbers, groups of numbers, a specific color on the wheel or that the number will be odd or even. As bets are being placed, the dealer spins the Roulette ball in the opposite direction of the spinning wheel. Wagers may be placed until the dealer announces "no more bets". At this point, players wait for the ball to settle in a numbered slot on the wheel. Once it does, the dealer places a marker on the winning number and pays the winning wagers.
