Welcome to the exciting game of Roulette at Chinook Winds Casino Resort! If you’re unfamiliar, please study this guide to better acquaint yourself with this dynamic table game!
Each Player purchases their chip color at the Roulette table. Unlike other Casino chips, the value of Roulette chips is determined by the Player when they are bought. The chips should only be purchased in stacks of twenty. The object of the game is to place a wager on the table that matches the numbered red, green, or black segments of the revolving Roulette Wheel where the player thinks the ball (spun in the opposite direction by the Dealer) will rest.
Bets are placed on individual numbers, groups of numbers, a specific color on the wheel, or the “odd” or even” spots on the Roulette Table. As bets are made, the Dealer spins the Roulette Ball in the opposite direction of the spinning wheel. Wagers can be placed up to the moment that the Dealer announces, “No more bets.” At this point, Players wait for the ball to settle in a numbered slot on the wheel. Once it lands, the Dealer places a marker on the winning number and pays all the winning wagers.
