Position Summary

The Mentor and Protégé Program is implemented to provide Chinook Winds Casino Resort with qualified Siletz Tribal Members who will help form future Management Team. To provide Siletz Tribal Members with the proper Management Training and Techniques to succeed in the gaming and hospitality industry in Management/Supervisory levels.

Minimum Age: 21

Education

High School Diploma or GED

AA Degree preferred

 

Experience

3 years customer service hospitality experience

1 year Supervisory/Management experience preferred

 

Computer Skills

Microsoft Office intermediate level in Word, Excel, and Outlook

 

Certificates & Licenses

Valid Driver’s License

Ability to obtain a Siletz Tribal Gaming License
