High School Diploma or GED
Four year college degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
Four years management/supervisory experience
Two years of experience managing promotions and events
Two years working in a casino environment preferred
Experience with the setup and reporting of promotional kiosks preferred
Experience with the setup and reporting of Slot Tournament systems preferred
Microsoft Office intermediate level or higher to include Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access.
Oasis Player Rating System or other player tracking system experience preferred.
Certificates & Licenses
Valid Driver’s License
Must obtain a Siletz Tribal Gaming License
Thorough understanding of casino groups, reward and player ratings
Working experience with variable data through print and e-marketing preferred
